  • Store honey in a cool, dry place, this temperature can be 50 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Storage temperatures above 70 degrees Fahrenheit can compromise the quality and nutrients of honey over time. Refrigerated storage allows honey to crystallize quickly and should be avoided.
