  • Then put the ingredients you have mixed on the stove and start heating them on medium low heat. The mixture you put on the stove should rise to an average of 40 to 50 degrees.
  • After your mixture reaches the required temperature, you can start enema treatment. Wait at least 5 to 10 minutes before relieving and emptying your bowels.

After this step, check the temperature of the solution with a bath thermometer. It should be between 105 and 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the lukewarm solution in a tied and tube enema bag.
